Description

De Sitter spacetime is a good approximation to the very early and late epochs of our universe. Quantum features of de Sitter have been under the spotlight for the last 50 years since the seminal work of Gibbons and Hawking. However, there still is not a satisfactory quantum gravity description of de Sitter space. In this workshop we aim to bring together different approaches to quantum gravity for de Sitter spacetime that have gained an increasing amount of attention in the past few years.

Due to limited capacity the workshop is invitation only.  Individuals with a DAMTP/CTC affiliation are also welcome if space allows, but we ask you to register by the 27th of March so we have an estimate of numbers.

We are extremely thankful for the funding awarded by the Gravity Theory Trust (https://sites.google.com/view/gravity-theory-trust) without which this conference would not be possible. We are also very thankful for the funding provided by the Centre for Theoretical Cosmology.
