Registration Fee Payment
Payment of the RPC 2026 registration fee will be handled by OMNI Eventos, the official travel agency appointed by the conference organizers. After registration, participants should receive payment instructions directly from the agency, including the available payment methods and the necessary details to complete the process.
Participants are strongly encouraged to reserve and pay for the Conference Dinner together with the registration fee through OMNI Eventos. This will help streamline the payment process and support the conference organization in planning the dinner arrangements. Further information about the dinner is available in the “Conference Dinner” section of this website.
Participants may also contact OMNI Eventos directly regarding registration payment, dinner reservations, and accommodation-related questions. When writing to the agency, please use the subject line “RPC Conference 2026” and keep the conference's official email address in copy: info.rpc2026@uerj.br.

Should you encounter any unforeseen circumstances regarding your travel or visa arrangements, please note that registration fees are refundable at 50% for cancellations made up until August 8, 2026. Please be advised that after this date, registration fees are non-refundable.
