Preparing your presentation
- Invited Talks: 25 minutes (+ 5 minutes for Q&A/handover)
- Oral Talk Contributions: 15 minutes (+ 5 minutes for Q&A/handover)
Please rehearse your presentation to ensure you are keeping within the time allocated for your talk. The presenting author is responsible for ensuring that they have obtained the necessary copyright permissions for all material included in the presentation. PDF is preferred, if you wish to use another format, please provide a PDF document as a backup. If you wish to change your title or haven't uploaded an abstract, please contact info.rpc2026@uerj.br
Uploading your presentation and on-the-day management
Please upload your presentation (PDF preferred) to Indico by 6 PM on the evening before your talk.
During the Session
During your presentation, please adhere to the time limit. If you overrun, the Session Chair will interrupt you to conclude the presentation. At the end of the presentation, please provide succinct answers to questions. If any questions require an extended answer, please suggest continuing the discussion privately after the session has finished.
