Registration and first day
On Monday, September 14, participants should arrive at Auditorium 111 by 8:00 a.m. to allow sufficient time for registration and collection of the conference material.
Members of the RPC 2026 volunteer staff, identified by conference staff shirts, will be available at key points inside UERJ, including the elevator hall, to guide participants to the auditorium.
Please allow sufficient time for your journey to UERJ. Morning traffic in Rio de Janeiro can be heavy, and public transportation may also be busy. Additional time may be required to enter the university, find the auditorium, complete registration, and collect the conference material.
Whenever possible, participants are encouraged to coordinate with colleagues and travel together or in small groups.
Conference badge
Participants will receive an official RPC 2026 badge during registration. The badge should be kept and worn throughout the conference, as it may be required for identification and access to conference activities.
Please take particular care not to lose your badge. In case of loss, a replacement fee of EUR 40 will be charged for the issuance of a new badge.
Getting to UERJ
The recommended means of transportation to UERJ is the Rio de Janeiro Metro.
The nearest station is Rei Pelé–Maracanã Station. Detailed instructions, including photographs showing the route from the station to the conference auditorium, are available on the RPC 2026 website.
Participants are strongly encouraged to check the route in advance.
