RPC 2026 is committed to encouraging the participation of students and early-career researchers, with particular attention to applicants who may face financial barriers to attending the conference.
A limited number of participation support requests will be considered by the Local Organizing Committee, subject to the availability of funds. Support may include partial or full assistance with the accommodation, travel expenses, or a combination of these items, depending on the applicant’s needs and the resources available.
Students and early-career researchers who wish to request support must complete the Financial Support Form below. Applicants are encouraged to provide clear information about their academic status, institution, country of origin, submitted abstract, and the type of support requested. Applicants should also provide the name and contact information of a referee, such as a supervisor or senior colleague, whom the conference organizers may contact if additional information is needed. Please note that submitting the form does not guarantee financial support.
Priority will be given to students and young researchers presenting a contribution to the conference, especially those without sufficient institutional funding. All requests will be reviewed carefully by the conference organization.
Participants requesting support should still complete the regular registration procedure. Please have a look at the “Registration” section of this website. The organization will contact selected applicants with further instructions.
