Wi-Fi Access via eduroam

Wi-Fi Access (eduroam)

Wireless internet access will be available throughout the conference venue via eduroam (education roaming), the secure, worldwide roaming access service developed for the international research and education community.

If your home institution participates in eduroam, you can connect automatically using your standard institutional credentials.

How to Connect
Select the Wi-Fi network: Choose eduroam from the list of available wireless networks on your device.

Enter your credentials:

Username: Enter your full institutional email address (e.g., username@your-university.edu). Note: Depending on your home institution's configuration, your username might sometimes just be your username/ID, but using your full institutional email is the standard requirement for most networks.

Password: Enter your regular password associated with your home institution account.

Accept the certificate: If prompted to trust the server certificate or security profile during your first connection, select Trust or Accept.

Important Recommendation: We strongly advise you to configure and test your eduroam access at your home institution before traveling to the conference. This ensures that your profile, certificates, and passwords are up to date and working properly.

Need Help?
If you experience any issues connecting to eduroam:

Please check with your home institution's IT/Helpdesk department to ensure your account is active and properly configured for roaming.

On-site assistance may be available at the conference registration desk for general guidance, but local IT support cannot modify credentials managed by external institutions.
