Description

Welcome to the homepage of the 2025 edition of the  'Asymptotic Safety meets Particle Physics and Friends' workshop, taking place on Dec 15th - 18th at DESY, Hamburg.

The aim of this informal workshop is to bring together QFT practitioners from different areas to discuss new ideas, progress, and challenges at the interface between formal theory and model building and data. Topics to be covered range from critical phenomena,  particle physics, condensed matter, gravity, to new directions in model building and LHC phenomenology, and more. This is the 12th event of this kind. The previous workshop is found here.

There is no conference fee. Registration is open for invited participants.

We have reserved a limited number of rooms at the DESY hostel.  Please register there ASAP mentioning and the name of workshop.

Sessions on Monday, Tuesday morning and Wednesday morning will take place in the main auditorium (Building 05).

Sessions on Tuesday afternoon, Wednesday afternoon and Thursday morning take place in the Albert Einstein Flash Hall (Building 28C).

A map of the DESY campus is found here.

The workshop dinner will take place on Tuesday, 19:00 at Dübelsbrücker Kajüt,  Elbchaussee 303, 22605 Hamburg.
