Chairpersons are requested to ensure that sessions proceed according to the scheduled timetable and that presentations begin at the designated times.
Chairpersons are asked to be seated in the “Next Chairperson” seat at least 15 minutes before the start of their session.
Each presentation is allotted 15 minutes in total, including presentation, Q&A, and speaker transition time. Presentations are scheduled to begin at fixed 15-minute intervals. Chairpersons are requested to manage the session so that each presentation and Q&A period concludes within 14 minutes, allowing approximately 1 minute for speaker transition.
As a general guideline, presenters are encouraged to use approximately 10–12 minutes for the presentation itself and to leave approximately 2–4 minutes for Q&A discussion. However, the balance between presentation time and discussion may be adjusted as appropriate within the allotted 14 minutes.
A warning bell will ring once at 10 minutes, twice at 12 minutes, and three times at 14 minutes to indicate the end of the allotted time. Chairpersons are requested to ensure that sessions remain on schedule.
The selection of questioners and moderation of discussion are left to the discretion of the chairpersons. Participants asking questions should be requested to state their affiliation and name before speaking.
As JASMEE is a bilingual academic society, discussion may take place in either English or Japanese. If necessary, chairpersons may assist in facilitating communication during Q&A discussion.

各セッションが予定されたタイムテーブルどおりに進行し、各発表が定刻に開始されるようご協力をお願いいたします。
座長の先生方は、セッション開始の15分前までに、会場内の「Next Chairperson」席にご着席ください。
各発表の持ち時間は合計15分（発表、質疑応答、発表者交代時間を含む）です。発表は15分間隔で開始されます。発表者交代時間として約1分を確保するため、各発表および質疑応答は14分以内に終了するよう進行をお願いいたします。
目安として、発表10〜12分、質疑応答2〜4分程度を推奨しておりますが、14分間の範囲内で、発表と質疑応答の時間配分は適宜調整可能です。
時間管理のため、10分で1鈴、12分で2鈴、14分で3鈴を鳴らします。円滑な進行および定刻運営へのご協力をお願いいたします。
質問者の指名およびディスカッションの進行につきましては、座長の先生方にご一任いたします。質問者には、発言前に所属および氏名を述べるようご案内ください。
