Participants are kindly requested to arrange their own accommodation. The conference does not provide hotel booking services.
The conference venue is located near Hirakatashi Station (Keihan Line). There are two hotels within walking distance of the station. Reservations should be made directly through each hotel’s official website or via online booking platforms.

- Hirakata Sun Plaza Hotel (approximately 2 minutes on foot from Hirakatashi Station)
Hirakatashi Station is conveniently located between central Osaka and Kyoto on the Keihan Line. Participants may also consider accommodation in these areas with direct train access to the venue.
Room availability and rates may vary depending on the season. As the conference will be held in July, early reservations are recommended.
