Poster presenters are requested to prepare their posters in portrait orientation. Posters should not exceed A0 size (841 mm × 1189 mm) and should include the presentation title, author name(s), and affiliation(s).
Poster panels will be provided in the Poster area on the second floor of the venue. Presenters are asked to check in at the reception desk upon arrival and mount their posters on Saturday, July 11, preferably before the Opening Remarks at 10:00. Thumbtacks will be available at the venue.
Presenters are required to be present at their posters during the Poster Session on Sunday, July 12, from 11:20 to 11:50, to answer questions and discuss their work with participants.
Posters should be removed by 15:30 on Sunday, July 12. Any posters remaining after this time may be removed and disposed of by the conference office.
ポスター発表者の皆様へ
ポスターは縦向き（portrait）とし、A0サイズ（841 mm × 1189 mm）以内で作成してください。ポスターには、演題名、発表者名、所属を明記してください。
ポスターパネルは会場内 Poster Area（2階）に設置いたします。発表者の皆様は、受付をお済ませのうえ、7月11日（土）午前中にポスターをご掲示ください（できるだけ10:00からの開会式までに掲示をお願いいたします）。画鋲は会場にてご用意いたします。
7月12日（日）11:20〜11:50 の Poster Session では、発表者ご本人がポスター前に待機し、参加者からの質問対応・ディスカッションを行ってください。
ポスターは7月12日（日）15:30までに撤去をお願いいたします。撤去時間を過ぎても残っているポスターにつきましては、大会事務局にて撤去・処分させていただく場合がございます。
