Information for Exhibitors

The main exhibition program for RT2024 will take place during the conference week from Monday til Wednesday. Exhibitors will be able to setup as early as Sunday afternoon. Exhibitors will receive a 3mX2.5m space, two chairs and access to electricity (230V) and WiFi/Internet access.

In addition, vendors may setup a private rollup, have their logo placed on the conference website and have material inserts in the conference attendee welcome packets.

The Standard Exhibition fees are listed on the Reigstration info page. This includes a standard booth in the exhibition area and two full conference registrations for vendor personnel .

If Exhibitors require additional personnel during the conference  there is a special limited participation registration option available.

To book an exhibition space please register using the EXHIBITOR registration form available on the Registration page. For all personnel attending please make sure each person registers using the Limited/Special Registration Form.

Please Note:

The foreign vendors must send their equipment early (at least 1 month before the opening of the conference) because custom's procedures will take a long time. ICISE will provide a store for the equipment. The vendors should only send the main equipment for the exhibition, do not send along scissors, glue, ties... that can be bought very cheaply in Vietnam or ICISE can lend to vendors.

Once you are registered as a Vendor, you will recieve two registration codes that can be used by vendor personnel who will be attending the conference. They should register as well as a regular participant.
