For all non-Indian nationals: Attending Lattice2025 requires a stamped Conference/Business/Research Visa; an e-visa will not suffice for visiting TIFR. Prior to applying for the visa, the Government of India requires some advance information about conference attendees. This pre-registration page is designed to collect the necessary data to complete the visa paperwork for your visit to TIFR.
Please complete this pre-registration form to initiate your visa application process. The information you provide here will be accessible only to a designated sysadmin at TIFR and will be submitted solely to the Ministry of External Affairs to facilitate your visa processing. All data will be kept secure and will be deleted once your visa is processed.
Pre-registration is not necessary for accompanying persons who can, e.g., apply for a tourist (e-)visa.
