All students are eligible for Reduced Fee during registration.
If you are not a student and have financial constraints, you may request financial assistance by choosing "Reduce Payment" with proper justification.
All students and persons requesting financial assistance must follow the instructions below:
- Pre-register if you are a non-Indian national (within the deadline of June 10, 2025)
- Register for the conference selecting "Reduced Payment".
- Students also need to submit a reference letter from their PhD supervisor.
- Non-student applicants need to send a letter justifying their case.
- The reference/justification letters should be emailed to lattice2025@theory.tifr.res.in with the subject line:
“TIFR-LAT25-RED – [Applicant’s Name]” latest by 15th July to ensure smooth processing. - Wait for approval of financial assistance before making payment with "Reduced fee".
