- Please pay the amount specified in the email you received after submitting the registration form. All registrations are subject to approval by the LOC, which will be granted only upon confirmation of the conference fee payment.
- For credit card payment: Please use the link: Credit Card Payment
- For transfers (wise, SWIFT etc.): Please use the bank details provided in the email you received after submitting the registration form and put your name as provided in the Indico registration form and your registration reference ID in the payment details. Please make sure that the total fee in INR arrives on our account, without any deductions.
- Participants from Indian institutions are requested to contact lattice2025@theory.tifr.res.in, with the string “TIFR-LAT25-IND” and their registration reference ID in the Email subject line, before proceeding with their registration fee payments.
- The total amount payable, along with a detailed breakdown under the respective heads, will be provided in the confirmation email sent upon submission of the registration form. You need to pay the Total amount. An example is given below.
- In the payment link, the participants will have to indicate their name as provided in the indico registration form, their registration reference ID (can be found on the blue banner of the registration email received. Example given below.) and the amount they are paying.
- A payment confirmation Email will be sent. The LOC will verify the receipt of the payment and approve the registration. All participants will receive a proper invoice at TIFR, together with their conference pack.
- PhD students and participants with financial constraints may apply for reduced registration fees. To do so, PhD students must submit a reference letter from their PhD advisor and other non-student applicants must send a letter justifying their case. The reference/justification letter must be send to lattice2025@theory.tifr.res.in by 15th July with the subject line: “TIFR-LAT25-RED – [Applicant’s Name]” to ensure smooth processing.
Cancellation Policy - All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to the LOC (lattice2025@theory.tifr.res.in).
- The request email should have the string "TIFR-LAT25-CAN" and the registration reference ID in the subject line to ensure smooth processing.
- Cancellations made at least one month before the conference are eligible for a full refund, minus taxes and transaction fees.
- Requests made less than 30 days before the commencement of the conference may only receive a partial refund.
- Cancellations within 15 days of the event (excluding visa issues) are not eligible for a refund.
- Approved refunds may take some time to process after receiving the cancellation request.

In cases of unavoidable cancellations due to not getting a visa in time, in spite of timely pre-registration and timely submission of visa application, a full refund will be made.
