Venue: All the plenary sessions and the largest parallel session will be held in the Homi Bhabha Auditorium, Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR), MumbaiGood wifi connectivity (including eduroam) will be provided. There will be six additional rooms for the parallel sessions and numerous places for discussion.

 

 

Poster session: The poster session will be in the foyer of the Homi Bhabha Auditorium (on November 04, 2025. Posters can be set up from day 1 (Nov 3)).

                                                     

  • Lunch: Lunch will be provided to all participants on all days of the conference, in an outdoor seating area just outside the Homi Bhabha Auditorium. All tea and coffee breaks will also take place there. We will try to accommodate all dietary requirements that have been communicated to us in advance. Please inform us during the registration process.

 

  • Childcare Services: We plan to offer a limited number of childcare places at TIFR's childcare facility within TIFR's residential campus (adjacent to TIFR), free of cost. If you need this facility, please email lattice2025@theory.tifr.res.in with "Childcare" in the subject line as early as possible.

 

  • Incident reporting: An incident reporting form will be made available in coordination with the Lattice Diversity and Inclusion Committee (LDIC), along with a contact point.

 

  • Accessible toilets are available on campus.
