Talks:
Invited talks are allocated a duration of 40' (35' of presentation, 5' for FAQs), long talks are 30' (25' + 5' ), and short talks are 20' (15' + 5').
We ask presenters to confirm the duration of their talk in the timetable.
Please upload your slides to Indico at least one session before your talk. Slides can be either in PowerPoint or PDf format. If you have any trouble uploading your slides, please send them to victoria.kletzl-teuffenbach@oeaw.ac.at in time. If you do not want to share your slides, please bring them on a USB stick.
Posters:
There will be two poster sessions: Monday and Tuesday evening. You were assigned one of the two sessions, where your poster will be evaluated by a jury for the poster prize.
The poster stands will be labelled with your name and the session (A: Monday, B: Tuesday). Please find your spot and mount the poster yourself. You can also already find the assignment on Indico.
Please print you poster in A0 size portrait format.
