The registration fees are in Euro and include conference registration, conference material, coffee breaks, welcome reception.
The fees are:
Student fee: 185 Euro
Conference fee: 285 Euro

You will be directed to Austropa, an agency which will handle the conference registrations. You do not need to register again via indico.
Please note, if you are interested in extending your stay in Vienna: The Eurovision Song Contest (ESC) will take place on the weekend before the conference.

Cancellation
Registration: In case of cancellation before April 17, 2026 80% of the total fee will be refunded. No refund is possible for cancellations after this date.
Room booking conditions: To secure your reservation a credit card is required. Total hotel expenses have to be paid directly at the hotel upon check out. All requests for cancellation or changes have to be made in writing to the registration office Austropa Interconvention.
