There are plenty of hotels of all categories in the neighborhood of the conference venue.
How to book
First of all, you should find a hotel you like.
Our partner AUSTROPA Interconvention has pre-booked rooms in selected hotels of different categories which are close to the Conference Venue. These rooms will be allocated to participants without any handling fee.
The rooms start at a rate of 155 Euros per night including breakfast. These pre-booked rooms can be booked together with your registration.
It is possible to book an extended stay including the weekends before and after the conference. However, the Eurovision Song Contest will take place in Vienna on the weekend befor ethe conference.
Alternatively, you can of course make your own arrangements.
