There are plenty of hotels of all categories in the neighborhood of the conference venue.
How to book
Our partner AUSTROPA Interconvention has pre-booked rooms in selected hotels of different categories which are close to the Conference Venue. These rooms will be allocated to participants without any handling fee.
Alternatively, you can of course make your own arrangements.
The rooms offered by Austropa start at a rate of 155 Euros per night including breakfast. These pre-booked rooms can be selected during or also after your registration. Standard bookings can be chosen within the conferene dates (18th-22nd of May). Other arrival or departure dates can be indicated in the "special requirements" in the booking tool and you will be contacted by Austropa.

Please note, if you are interested in extending your stay in Vienna: The finals of Eurovision Song Contest (ESC) will take place on the weekend before the conference (Sat. 16th of May).
