Conference buses
Conference buses will connect the Conference site to Roma Airport – “Leonardo da Vinci” (FCO) – and to Pisa Airport “Galileo Galilei”.
The bus should be booked using the registration form. A fee of € 60,00 (one-way trip) will be charged to participants independently of the number of accompanying persons.

Sunday, May 24: destination Hotels at Elba
- from Roma airport “L. Da Vinci” at 11:00
- from Roma airport “L. Da Vinci” at 14:00
The hostess’s name is Milena – her phone number is +39 349 4954211, to be used only on May 24 from 09:00 AM onwards if needed.
Meeting Point at Terminal 3 – Arrivals Hall: meet the hostess at Exit Gate 4.
- from Pisa airport “G. Galilei” at 15:00
The hostess’s name is Monica – her phone number is +39 339 2364055, to be used only on May 24 from 09:00 AM onwards if needed.
The hostess will meet participants outside the Arrivals Terminal.
Saturday, May 30: origin Hotels at Elba

- to Pisa airport “G.Galilei” at 7:00 (expected arrival at 11:30)
For participants taking the conference buses, the personal ferry ticket is included in the bus travel.
