Hotel Accommodation
Participants will be accommodated in Hotel Hermitage, in Hotel Biodola and in Scaglieri Village in the bay of La Biodola.
Their location is shown on this map. The hotels are within walking distance of the conference venue.
In the registration form participants are asked to indicate the hotel preference, but the organization cannot guarantee the selected choice.
Since only few single rooms are available at the Hermitage and Biodola Hotels, these hotels will be mainly allocated to participants sharing a double room or coming with family.
Full board accommodation fees per person are the following, special conference rates:
Lunch will be served at the Hermitage Hotel for all participants.
The accommodation will be paid directly to the hotel of choice. All the hotels accept major credit cards, as well as major currencies. We will email the details of hotel reservation and room assignment to the participants a couple of weeks before the event.
Since the gala dinner is covered by the hotel board, participants booking independently their own accommodation will pay 65,00€ for the gala dinner at the hotel. The same rate applies for their accompanying persons.
Participants booking independently their own accommodation will pay 30,00€ for each lunch.
Changes and cancellations
Registered participants will be able to modify their registration through the web site before Sunday, April 26, 2026.
Penalties may be applied to cancellations or changes after the registration deadline that should be communicated as soon as possible to the Conference Organization.
A penalty of 80,00€ per night will be applied for early departures of in-house guests.
