Note: There are no options for remote participation for individuals presenting at the conference.

The conference fee includes access to Proceedings, coffee breaks, welcome reception, and excursions.
The accepted form of advanced payment for fees is bank transfer.
Additional Registration Fees for the Pre-Conference Program
A Workshop will take place on Saturday and Sunday, May 23–24, 2026.
Participation is limited, and registration will be confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
The workshop runs for two full days (Saturday–Sunday). Participants are required to bring their own laptops.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
IN CASH
on site at the Meeting Registration upon arrival. All major currencies will be accepted.
BY CREDIT CARD
on site at the registration desk (accepted cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro).
On-site registration will start on Saturday May 23 at the main secretariat desk located at the Hotel Hermitage, where you will receive your conference package.
On site payments will be charghed as late payment.
