Description

Determining an equation of state (EOS) consistent with astronom-
ical observations is one of the main challenges in astrophysics. In this
work, we employ the vector MIT bag model, characterized by the pa-
rameters GV (vector coupling) and Bag, to generate mock data. These
data are used to train a deep neural network model — a Bidirectional
GRU — to learn the relationship between mass–radius (M–R) relations
and the corresponding central energy density ε and central pressure P
profiles. The trained model predicts points in the P–ε plane for each
mass–radius point. The predicted EOS points are subsequently fitted
