Instructions for submitting an abstract.
Submitting an abstract will require both a short abstract (< 250 words - text only) along with a maximum two page supporting document in PDF format. The supporting material can contain images/graphs in addition to text and does not have to conform to any standard IEEE publication layout.
Submissions without the supporting material will not be considered.
In the case that your submission is accepted for a poster presentation, please indicate on the abstract submission form if you are willing to also give a short 2 minute mini-oral about your poster.
Note: For those who are submitting more than one abstract, the conference organizers' expectation is that there will be a unique presenter/speaker in attendance for each accepted abstract. If you wish to give more than one presentation at the conference please send your request to the committee at rt2026@lists.pi.infn.it.
Event Photography Statement
Registration to this conference implicitly indicates your agreement with the event photography statement, which is required in order to take a conference picture. If you do not want your picture being taken, please contact the organizers.
