Travel
There are many direct flighst to Helsinki from Europe, US and Asia.
There are frequent direct train and bus connections between the Vantaa airport (lentoasema) and the Helsinki central railway station (Rautatientori): https://www.hsl.fi/en.
Public transportation tickets can be purchased with contactless payment from terminals inside the bus or train after boarding, or through the HSL app (Android, Apple). Note that the purchase of a ticket through the app needs to be completed prior to boarding the means of transportation.
Accommodation
There are many hotels in the city center. Participants are asked to book their accommodation directly.
Please note that August is high season for tourism in Helsinki, and we encourage all participants to book their accommodation as early as possible.
