Elliptics & beyond ’26
SRS
Scattering amplitudes in physics, are most conveniently calculated and expressed using special functions. This workshop is dedicated to discussing and exploring algorithms and properties related to special functions and special numbers defined for different geometries. Topics include -- but are not limited to -- systematics of linking Feynman integrals to classes of special functions, elliptic polylogarithms, modular forms, special functions on Calabi-Yau varieties, recursion and double copy relations.
Elliptics & beyond ’26 will be the 10th edition of a workshop series dedicated to this subject. It brings together physicists working on quantum field theory or string theory amplitudes a nd mathematicians working on aspects of these new special functions.
Overview lectures are provided by:
Lorenzo Tancredi (Special functions for phenomenological calculations)
Oliver Schlotterer (Higher-genus polylogarithms)
Albrecht Klemm (Periods on Calabi-Yau manifolds)
Participants include:
Konstantin Baune • Johannes Broedel • Federico Zerbini
