Please read through all of the following instructions before filling in your form and before making payment for your registration.
Please note that payment for your registration is carried out via a separate link. Please follow these steps carefully to complete your registration:
- Fill in the registration details in the form on this page, and submit the details;
- Navigate back to this page and click the link below (opening it in a new tab is suggested, for convenience);
- For a spouse/carer registration, it is recommended that you do a second, separate payment for that person's costs - see * below

Once you've made and checked the choices for payment, click "Add to cart".

"Edit cart" and "Checkout" will appear briefly whenever you click "Add to cart".
Once you've selected "Checkout", under "New Customer?", click "Continue", and fill in the "New Account" form (If this is your first time using the Shop, and you are not a returning customer). Then proceed to the Checkout and enter your payment details.
* In case your institution does not allow use of their credit cards for spouse/carer costs, please click on the above link again to start a second, separate payment for spouse/carers, including the options only for that person.
A reminder that in order to qualify for the Early Bird Registration discount, the form must be submitted, and payment made, no later than May 30th. After that date, the full fee will apply.
