Instructions for Poster Presentations
As a poster presenter, you will have access to a poster board to hang an A0 poster (portrait). Please hang your poster at your earliest convenience. You will find information regarding your assigned poster board at the venue.
If you are an online attendee, please arrange for someone to take your printed poster to Adelaide and hang it. (Contact sabrina.einecke@adelaide.edu.au or gavin.rowell@adelaide.edu.au if you cannot find anyone and we will try to help you.)
Sparkler sessions:
You can present your poster during the sparkler session for 1 minute live (in person or via zoom) or via a pre-recorded video. During this one minute, we can either display your poster or a dedicated slide. By default, we will display the dedicated slide (if uploaded) and assume a live presentation (in person or via zoom). Please contact sabrina.einecke@adelaide.edu.au if you would like us to play the video instead.
Please upload the following material to Indico by July 6th (see below for instructions):
- [required] PDF of your poster
- [optional] One pdf slide for sparkler (landscape recommended)
- [optional] 1min video sparkler
Instructions for Oral Presentations
Please upload the following material to Indico at least 30min before the session starts (see below for instructions):
