 Mini-courses (4h course + 2h exercises) by

  • Andre Henriques (University of Oxford): Chiral conformal field theory
  • Andrei Negut (EPFL): Calabi-Yau threefolds, quivers, and quantum algebras
  • Julian Sonner (University of Geneva): Quantum chaos, random matrices and low-dimensional quantum gravity

 

Talks by SwissMAP Junior Prize in Mathematics and Theoretical Physics winners Freya Behrens (EPFL) and Romain Panis (Université Lyon 1)

Poster session by junior participants.

The 2025 Winter School in Mathematical Physics is mostly aimed at PhD and postdoctoral students. Master students can submit their applications as well. Accommodation and full board are covered for all accepted participants but not travel expenses. 

Acceptance or rejection will be notified after the registration deadline.

Registration deadline: November 15. If you require a visa, please indicate so in your application and we'll provide feedback on October 17 instead.
