Q. Would travel support be provided?
A. The travel support would be provided to University scholars only. Travel support up to return 3AC train fare will be provided to Ph.D. students enrolled in the Universities upon providing valid journey tickets. Participants belonging to research institutes are requested to arrange support from their parent institute.
Q. Could you please let us know if there is any arrangement for accommodation (paid/free).
A. Outstation participants will be provided shared accommodation in the CHRIST (Deemed to be University) campus at no cost.
Q. What arrangements have been made for food?
A. Breakfast, lunch, tea and snacks will be arranged for all participants. However, dinner will not be arranged. We encourage the participants to explore the vibrant potpourri of food that the city of Bengaluru offers! We will be sharing a curated list of restaurants that you may consider as options.
Q. What is the route to Christ University from the nearest airport?

Q. What is the duration allotted for talks?
A. The time allotted for each talk is 15 minutes: 12 minutes to present the work and 3 minutes for discussion with the audience.
Q. What are the guidelines for poster presentations?
A. Please design your poster on an A0 size in portrait orientation. Participants will have to prepare a flash
talk of 2 minutes to be presented live during designated sessions. You may prepare a maximum of 3 slides to highlight key aspects of your poster
Q. What are the guidelines for e-poster presentations?
A. Please design your e-poster in landscape orientation (preferably 16:9 aspect ratio). E-posters will be showcased on screens at the poster venue for the entire duration of the conference. You will also have an opportunity to present your poster as a flash talk within 2 minutes in the designated session. Participants allotted E-posters will be able to attend the entire conference online via Google Meet only.
