Attending TeVPA 2017 will be affordable.
Compared to larger cities, Columbus has low costs for transportation, lodging, and dining. We have arranged for a discounted room rate at the conference hotel (book early!). In addition, participants interested in sharing the spacious rooms can find roommates via the worksheet here.
The TeVPA 2017 registration fee is below average for a large conference, and is steeply discounted for students. Register early (until June 2) to get the best rates!
At present, we do not have funds for participant support, though we are working to raise these. If successful, we will prioritize support for students, cases of financial need, and to broaden participation of under-represented groups.
