The conference is planned in Isola D'Elba, at Hotel Hermitage near the beach La Biodola, traditionally used for physics conferences.
ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation is provided by the Hermitage Hotel and Biodola Hotel, in a number of reserved rooms.
Rooms will be booked by the conference organization, either at Hermitage or Biodola Hotel. In the registration form participants are asked to indicate the hotel preference.
Prices are as follows:
In Hotel Hermitage: Single room accommodation price is 200€, while double room is 140€. Any accompanying adult is 152€ (or 70€ for children 2-10, and free for children 0-2).
In Hotel Biodola: Single room accommodation price is 180€, while double room is 124€. Any accompanying adult is 142€ (or 70€ for children 2-10, and free for children 0-2).
If an independent accommodation is desired, a few other solutions are available in and around the local village. In this case, you shall book your room independently, and specify "External accommodation" in the registration form.
Accommodation will be paid directly to the hotel of choice.
LUNCH AND DINNER
Lunches are included in the conference fee of 700€.
Dinners are included in the Hermitage and Biodola hotel booking.
Lunch will be served at the Hermitage Hotel for all participants, dinner is served at the Hotel.
The registration fee includes also conference material, coffee breaks, social dinner and social events.

- Getting to Isola d'Elba:
Ferries run from Piombino, Livorno, Bastia to Portoferraio.
For instance, from Pisa Airport, it takes circa 4h via train+ferry.
