Guidelines to contributors
The following information are provided in order to assist authors in preparing and giving their presentation. Complying with these instructions and guidelines shall make sure that your presentation will go smoothly. General guidelines for poster presenters
- Posters should be in an A0 format, portrait (vertical) orientation.
- Poster presenters will find in the final programme in which session their poster is scheduled as well as the poster board number assigned to the poster.
- Mounting accessories (pins) will be available in the poster area.
- No printing service will be provided at the conference
General guidelines for oral presenters
- Oral presenters will find in the final programme which session they are scheduled to present in.
- The time slot allocated to contributed presentations is 20' + 5' discussion (25' in total).
- The time slot allocated to topical presentations is 35' + 5' discussion (40' in total).
- The time slot allocated to tutorial presentations is 45' + 5' discussion (50' in total).
- Slides should be made in PPT or PDF format and submitted before the conference. The deadline is 28 September.
