The Symposium is a major joint meeting of the particle, nuclear and astroparticle physics scientific communities that takes place every three years with the goal of exploring synergies and highlighting recent achievements and challenges in the three scientific fields. The participants are scientists from the three communities, the funding agencies (important for our field) as well as large international projects and collaborations.

The detailed program is available on the website https://indico.cern.ch/event/jenas2025/ .

The deadline for early registration is January 31st, 2025. Registration is mandatory for all participants, including invited speakers. Travel: STFC Rutherford Appleton Laboratory sits within the Harwell Campus, situated just off the A34 in the south of Oxfordshire. International arrivals usually chose to travel via London Heathrow, which is both the nearest airport and offers most connections. From Heathrow, the fastest routes are via the “Tube” to London Paddington station and then onto Didcot. Pickup and dropoff from and to Heathrow by Coach at fixed times will also be offered.

For those traveling by train, international travellers will arrive at London St Pancras International with the Eurostar, and will need to travel to London Paddington using the Tube or Bus services to then travel on to Didcot Station.

Expect to spend about 2h to travel from the arrival in London to Rutherford Appleton Laboratory.

Visa Information is noted on the conference page and where requested, letters of invitation will be provided.

Accommodation We have negotiated rates with three large hotels in the area, the Courtyard South OxfordLeonardo Royal Hotel Oxford and the Hampton by Hilton Oxford. Bus transfers between these locations and the meeting venue will be organised. Should many people book other accommodation (e.g. Travelodge or Premier Inn), then best efforts to reroute bus transfers as best as possible to pick up these participants will be made. Public transport costs are typically £2 per ride.

·         Leonardo Royal Hotel Oxford (£145/person/night)
