EU & US/Brazil Passport Holders:
A visa is not required for short (<6mo) stays to attend meetings for travelers with passports from EU and USA/Brazil.
The UK is phasing in an electronic travel authorization (ETA) system for short visits to the UK. The system is similar to the US ESTA and further information can be found here:

This applies to travelers with passports from the USA and Brazil from 8th Jan 2025, as well as European Passport holders from 2nd April 2025, so it will need to be applied for to attend this meeting for those travelers.
