If you would like ask for the booking of a room at the GDH, you can fill out the form under this link and put as "Job at KIT" the value "Sonstige", and then put in the "Comments" field further below "Participant at the KUTS15 workshop". For the "Host at KIT", you can put "Christoph Borschensky", institute: "ITP", email: "christoph.borschensky@kit.edu". As "Invoice recipient", put "Selbstzahler" (i.e. that you will pay yourself). Alternatively, you can send an email to info@gdh.kit.edu asking for a room and noting that you will participate in KUTS15. You will get an confirmation if the room that you requested is still available.
Single rooms are available at a rate of 73.00€ per night, and breakfast will cost an additional 12.90€ per night. - Hotel am Markt
