Registration. The registration procedure is managed by the Integrated Digital Conference (INDICO) system. To register, fill out the form below.
Invitation Letter. Participants that need an invitation letter are kindly asked to require it when filling the registration form.
Registration Fees: Registration fees are the main source of revenue for the IWARA 2026. In this sense, we set rates that cover the costs of running the conference and attract the largest number of participants. The values of the fees are: 260 USD for professors and researchers and 130 USD for students, if registration payment is made by june 30, 2026. For payments at a later date, the costs are: 300 USD for teachers and researchers and 150 USD for students.

Payment Methods for Fees: bank transfer, credit card payment or international transfer. Please make your choice in the registration form. Important information: definitive registration to IWARA 2026 and inclusion in the scientific program presupposes the payment of fees. After registering, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. In case you do not receive it, please contact us through the official email iwara26@gmail.com.
During IWARA2026 a one-day tour to Teotihuacan will be scheduled. Please note that this tour is not covered by the conference fees.
