Registration. The registration procedure is managed by the Integrated Digital Conference (INDICO) system. To register, fill out the form below.
Invitation Letter. Participants that need an invitation letter are kindly asked to require it when filling the registration form.
Registration Fees: Registration fees constitute the primary source of funding for IWARA 2026. Accordingly, the fees have been set to cover the costs of organizing the conference while encouraging broad participation. Fees are USD 260 (faculty and researchers) and USD 130 (students) for payments made by June 30, 2026. After this date, fees are USD 300 and USD 150, respectively.
Lunch will be offered on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday at a restaurant located across from CINVESTAV. Each meal includes soup, a main course, flavored water, and dessert. The cost is USD 32 for all four days, which may be added to the registration fee. Alternatively, participants may pay USD 8 per day directly at the restaurant or choose from other nearby dining options.
A 16% VAT (IVA) will be applied to the registration fees listed above when an official invoice (factura) is required as proof of payment.
Payment Methods for Fees: bank transfer, credit card payment or international transfer. Please pick your choice in the registration form. Important information: a definitive registration to IWARA 2026 and consideration within the scientific program presupposes the payment of fees. During IWARA2026 a one-day tour to Teotihuacan will be scheduled. Please note that this tour is not covered by the conference fees.
