Posters
Contributions which have been accepted as poster presentations should be prepared in a format up to A0 size, preferably in portrait orientation. Posters may be set up in the Fisher Room upon arrival and during Registration on Tuesday afternoon, and should be in place by the first coffee break on Wednesday morning.
We encourage presenters to leave their posters on display throughout the workshop, providing plenty of opportunities for informal discussions around them, particularly during lunch and coffee breaks. Presenters are encouraged to upload a PDF version to the Indico workshop page under the respective contribution slot.
A dedicated poster session will take place on Wednesday afternoon from 17:30 to 19:30, during which presenters are asked to be available at their posters for focused discussions.
The poster session will be preceded by a flash-talk session, giving the workshop audience an overview of the contributions. As part of our 180-Second Challenge, poster presenters are invited to introduce their work in 180 seconds using a single key slide, highlighting the main points and encouraging further discussion at their poster.
For those taking part in the 180-Second Challenge, the slide should be uploaded to the Indico workshop page under the respective contribution slot in the flash-talk session by Monday, 28 September.
Oral Presentations
Contributions which have been invited as oral presentations are allocated 10 minutes for the presentation, followed by 5 minutes for questions and discussion.
We have been delighted by the strong and broad response to the workshop. To accommodate a wide range of contributions while preserving substantial time for discussion, we ask speakers to keep their presentations focused on the key results, insights, challenges and open questions arising from their work, rather than attempting to provide a comprehensive overview.
The final version of the presentation slides should be uploaded to the Indico workshop page under the respective contribution by Monday, 28 September.
Discussion Sessions
In addition to the discussion following each talk, dedicated discussion time is reserved at the end of each session to encourage exchange between speakers and participants.
Workshop participants are invited to approach the respective Session Chairs, either in advance or during the workshop, to suggest topics or specific points for discussion.
Please note that all uploaded materials including slides and posters will be made publicly available on the workshop page.
