The conference dinner will be held at Restaurant Bistro Bryk (Hämeentie 135A, 00560 Helsinki) starting at 7pm on Thursday. It is roughly 15 minute walk away from the campus.
For registered participants, there is no charge for the conference dinner. Note that the drinks (except water) will not be included.
The four-course menu will be vegan:
- Tofu skagen
- Risotto
- Grilled zucchini, hummus, black rice, chickpeas, tomato and yogurt sauce
- Panna cotta
