What is included in the registration fee?
The registration fee includes coffee breaks, access to the scientific program, conference materials, and a visit to the University of Coimbra Museums.
What is the registration fee refund policy?
80% refund: until March 31, 2025, when registration closes;
50% refund: until the full programme is released;
0% refund: after the full program is released.
Is the Bank Transfer the only method available to pay the registration fee?
Yes. In order to get low transfer charges, it is possible to use OFX, PayPal, TorFX, Western Union, Wise (among others).
Is it possible to waive the registration fee?
The DDE meeting is entirely funded by registration fees. Therefore, we are unable to grant any registration fee waiver at this time.
Is it possible to get a travel allowance?
The DDE meeting is entirely funded by registration fees. Therefore, we cannot provide financial support for travel and/or accommodation.
What is the poster size format?
The maximum size of the poster expositors is up to A1 (594 x 841 mm) in portrait orientation. There is a maximum of 40 poster slots.
