REGISTRATION FEES
The registration fee includes coffee breaks, access to the scientific program, conference materials, and a visit to the University of Coimbra Museums. The fee depends on whether you are a student or not. It can also include the conference dinner (optional).
Regular: 300 EUR
Student: 250 EUR
Social Dinner: +50 EUR
PAYMENT
After submitting the registration form, please wait for approval before payment (you will receive a notification by email). If the number of registered participants already exceeds 120, your registration will be placed on a waiting list.
Payments shall be made, in Euros without charges to the beneficiary, by Bank Transfer to:

Please, send a copy of the bank transfer statement to addf@uc.pt with the subject line "DDE 2025 - name of participant", so that the payment of each participant can be more easily identified.
Note that registration is only complete upon receipt of the conference fee payment. If payment is not made within one week following the approval, the registration will be canceled.
In order to get low transfer charges, it is possible to use OFX, PayPal, Revolut, TorFX, Western Union, Wise (among others).
