The conference fee for students and regular participants includes attendance to all Conference Sessions, Welcome Reception, Lunches from Monday to Thursday, Conference Dinner on Wednesday and the Monday evening Social Event.

The fee payment must be in Euro (€) through bank transfer.

Please, state the name of the participant clearly on the payment and then send a copy of the bank transfer to the iWoRiD 2024 organisation, so that the payment of each participant can be identified more easily.
After the payment processing is completed, a confirmation will be sent to you. If you would like to have the receipt of your registration, you will receive it after payment or at the conference's registration desk, for on-site payment.
Cancellation
Registrations may be cancelled until 1st of June, in which case a partial refund of 70% of the payed fees will be done. It will not be possible to offer any refunds on cancellations received after that date.
