All the sessions will take place at Universidad EIA, Palmas campus. link to map EIA - Palmas. Wednesday (all-day), Friday (all-day) and Thursday morning talks will take place at Aula Múltiple - Building C (third floor block C). Thursday afternoon talks will take place at Auditorio bloque C (ground floor block C).

For transportation to and from campus we have the following options available:

Driving. Take into account that car parking is 6200 COP per day.

Hotel stay
Medellín has many options regarding hotels with a wide variety of prices. In terms of location, being near a Metro station is convenient since one of the routes offered by the university passes near a metro station. One such area with many hotels is Ciudad del Río (map Ciudad del Río).
Weather
The campus elevation is about 2300 m above sea level, hence, the weather is colder than the one expected in Medellín’s valley. We recommend that you dress accordingly.
For speakers

All presentations will be given from a dedicated conference-room laptop. We strongly recommend that you convert your talk to the PDF format.

For uploading your talk, login to your Indico account and follow the link "My conference -> My contributions" from the menu, click "View" next to your talk and then "Edit files->Add Material" where you can upload your slides. Alternatively, find your talk in the timetable, and after clicking on it, choose "View details" and then "Edit files->Add Material" where you can upload your slides.
