The registration fee (including GST):
- For all participants: INR 10000.00
- For accompanying person: INR 6000.00
The payment of registration fee is mandatory to complete the registration process. Participants must save the payment proof after the payment and furnish the same if asked for at a later stage.
The registration fee covers conference kit, access of conference venues, foods (breakfast, lunch, dinner, tea/coffee, snacks) and on-campus accommodation (only for participants) during conference days. On campus accommodation includes
- Single room hostel accommodation with attached/shared bathroom,
- Twin-shared institute guest-house accommodation, subject to availability.
Limited financial support may be available primarily for PhD students and college teachers based on the availability of funds.
