The event takes place at Hotel Benczúr: http://www.hotelbenczur.hu/en. Room reservations should be made by 31st May (since August is high season for tourism in Budapest we cannot hold the rooms for longer than that).
The rates are as follows per room per night:
Economy: single: 55 Eur, double: 63 Eur, triple: 69 Eur/night (please note that some of these do not have air conditioning)
Superior: single: 66 Eur, double: 76 Eur, triple: 84 Eur/night
The prices includes all taxes, breakfast, and Wifi.
To book a room:
If do not want to share a room with another participant, please book your room directly with Hotel Benczúr by filling this form (link to pag 1 of the form here, and to page 2 here, you need to send both) and sending it via email to the hotel email address: <info@hotelbenczur.hu>.
If you want to share a room with other participant(s) do not fill the form! Instead please contact Nóri <hernold.eleonora@csfk.mta.hu> and let her know if you know who you want to share with, or if you are male or female so we can match up the people.
Available at the hotel are also an apartment for families and a room with disabled access. Please contact Nóri as soon as possible if you are interested in booking one of these options.
