Information: Preparing your Poster

Submitting a poster

We invite all members of the community to submit a poster to the poster session.

Please print your poster A0-size, in portrait orientation.

Pins and velcro pads will be provided for you to secure your poster to the board.

Posters should be put on display during Day 1. The Poster Session takes place at the end of Day 1. Please stand by your poster regularly during the Poster Session to enable discussion of your topic with other attendees. Posters can be removed from the board after the Poster session and stored in the Mendelssohn Room. Any posters not collected by the end of the conference will be discarded.

Poster Prize

Trainees, undergraduates and PhD students may enter their poster for the Poster Prize (please indicate that you wish to enter your poster during online abstract submission by selecting 'Yes' for Student Work). Judging will take place during the Poster Session. The prize is awarded at the judges' discretion, based on the poster design, research topic and explanation by the presenter. The prizewinner will be announced at the Conference Dinner.
