Tours of Accelerator Facilities at the Harwell Campus
On the final afternoon, delegates can join up to 2 guided tours of accelerator facilities at the Harwell Campus. Buses from Oxford to Harwell and returning to Oxford centre will be provided - please ensure you select "Tour of the Accelerator Facilities" during the registration process to be included.
The 3 available tours are:
- Diamond Light Source
- ISIS Neutron and Muon Source
- EPAC (Extreme Photonics Application Centre)
Please note that a form of photo ID (either passport, driving license, or an STFC/UKRI Photo Identity Pass) will be required to access the RAL site, and these will be checked on the bus prior to departure. Also, as the tours will involve extensive walking, we advise all visitors to wear comfortable footwear.
