Abstract submission - presentation or poster
Abstracts for both oral presentations and posters use the same system. Abstracts should be a maximum of 300 words and submitted online by 23:59 BST on 6 June 2025.
You can submit your abstract before registering. There is an expectation that the presenting author will go on to register for the conference.

Registration
Please register online by 25 June 2025.
The registration fee includes access to two days of scientific programme, lunches, refreshments, a drink reception and a conference dinner (which will be hosted at the Blavatnik School of Government, Oxford ). Transfer for tours at the Harwell Campus will also be provided.
Attendees are required to cover the costs of their accommodation and transport to and from the event venue.
Note: Payment of the conference fee is required to complete your registration. If you are unsure whether you are eligible for the student fee, please contact us by email.
