Poster Session and Drinks Reception
The Poster Session and Drinks Reception take place on Wednesday in the main conference venue, The Martin Wood Complex of Clarendon Laboratory. A great opportunity to meet with other delegates and sponsors to discuss your projects and perhaps foster some future collaborations.
Conference Dinner
This year's Group Prize and Poster Prize winners will be announced at the Conference Dinner. The Conference Dinner will be held in the stunning building of the Blavatnik School of Government.

Tours of Accelerator Facilities at the Harwell Campus
On the final afternoon, delegates can join up to 2 guided tours of accelerator facilities at the Harwell Campus. Buses from Oxford to Harwell and returning to Oxford centre will be provided - please ensure you select "Tour of the Accelerator Facilities" during the registration process to be included.
The 3 available tours are:
- Diamond Light Source
- ISIS Neutron and Muon Source
- EPAC (Extreme Photonics Application Centre)
