The total number of PhD participants is limited to 35 and registration will be moderated.

The accommodation is on-site at the workshop venue (The Cosener's House in Abingdon). The organisers will take care of all room reservations (there is no need to contact Cosener's directly). Please let us know below the nights you'd like to stay at Cosener's, and any dietary requirements.
If for any reason your plans change and you are unable to attend, please let us know ASAP so we may reallocate your place or cancel your reservation in time for a refund from the venue. Please note the information below on the fee for late cancellations.
