Registration fees
The full registration fee includes coffee breaks, access to the full programme (9-12 September), and on-site lunches (10-11 September)
Regular: 70 EUR
SPA member: 60 EUR
Students: 40 EUR
If you are only participating in the Sessão de Comunicação e Educação, the registration fees are as follows:
Sessão de Comunicação e Educação: 15 EUR
which include coffee breaks.
After submitting the registration form, please wait for approval before proceeding with the payment (you will receive a confirmation email). Registration is only considered complete once the conference fee has been paid.

Payments must be made via Bank Transfer to:

All fees must be paid in Euros (€) and without additional charges to the beneficiary.
Please clearly indicate the participant's name in the payment reference, as Participant name - ENAA26 - Scientific or Participant name - ENAA26 - Educ, if you are attending the scientific or communication and education sessions, respectively

Send a copy of the bank transfer receipt to enaa@sp-astronomia.pt with the subject line:
"ENAA 2026 - Scientific - [Participant's Name]" -- in the case of attending the scientific program
"ENAA 2026 - Education - [Participant's Name]" -- in the case of attending the communication and education program
to help identify your payment.
To receive an invoice, please provide the following details in your email:
- Participant's full name
- Institution name
- Institution address
- Institution VAT number
- Any other relevant information
Only digital invoices will be issued. The invoice will be generated after the payment is confirmed and will be sent via email.
